Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer the following shipping options within New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping – Estimated delivery 3–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

International Shipping (Australia & USA)

We ship to Australia and the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia – 7–14 business days
  • United States – 10–21 business days
